Cut half of my teenager's hair then said she had lice. Left her hair half cut and embarrassed her. There wasn't any lice! If you don't know how to do a haircut just don't cut it. But finished her sister's hair after you said she had lice! read more

I WAS VERBALLY ABUSED! I go in every few months to get a few inches off the length of my hair, nothing more. I noticed my stylist wasn't cutting my hair short enough so I asked her to cut it shorter which she did. She then went to get her supervisor. A Ms. Johnson came over & started looking at my hair then said the student didn't do anything wrong, which I never said she did. Ms. Johnson then berated me loudly for shifting my posture in the chair & that's why the student couldn't cut my hair. I said my hip was hurting as I didn't expect to be sitting for more then an hour. Ms. Johnson then yelled at me saying I've been nothing but trouble & she wasn't going to put up with it any longer & she walked away with the student. She humiliated me in front of all the students & staff & I don't even know why. Another supervisor came over to me & said I upset the student by speaking to her rudely which I denied, then she said it was my tone. This supervisor said Ms. Johnson made several complaints about me. I asked what complaints as I never had any contact with Ms. Johnson before today. This supervisor then berated me about the students pay a lot of money to go to the school there & they are just learning. She then told me not to come back there again. I don't know why I was attacked & humiliated like that. I was extremely upset. I apologized to the student if I did or said something wrong to her, paid my bill & left. There was no professionalism from either one of these supervisors. I am a senior citizen & they yelled at me like I was a child & humiliated me in front of the whole class room. I held back my tears until I got outside, got in my car then I had a panic attack. I had to call my son to calm me down before I could drive. Something needs to be done about the way patrons are being treated at this school especially by Ms. Johnson aka Ms. J. Are students being treated like this? I want to make a formal complaint but don't know where. read more

Fantastic cosmetology school! The students work extremely hard and are under the supervision of their licensed insructors.

I love this place for a quick hairdo, or a manicure, or Malibu treatment! The students all work so hard at giving you exactly what you want! The prices are wonderful! The decor is very hip, it is styled nicely. read more
