I was given IV pain meds. Taken for a cat scan and Lauren and Kofe were kind and total hands on. Thankyou to both of them. Drs Oryan and Brockman took the time to listen. They made me feel as if I mattered. I was admitted for an infection. During my stay the nurses treated me with such kindness. My main nurse was Heather in observation. She represented true professifor all nurses. I always try to be a good patient and to treat others as I'd want them to treat me. Now in the last six months we've had to wait hours and are currently sitting in e.r. hallway. When we ask about it they say they are just 'really busy' but looking into my crystal ball I see them not using all rooms and/or reducing staff to save money. This is ridiculous!
