I signed up for their on-line business classes in Feb. 2023. The class apparently became so overwhelming. The teacher ran it at breakneck speed so that if you dropped your pencil you would be too far behind to catch up. So I asked my counselor , Cheryl Carson if I could drop the course. She said yes but the total balance would become due ( I paid only for the first quarter) the remainder was $941. I said okay but if I pay that could I postpone the class to next year? She said yes. Next year came , I heard nothing back from them except that I did not return my book ( which I returned in May 2023). After several unsuccessful attempts to reach them , I finally filed a complaint with BBB. The BBB was able to reach them and they denied any obligation to return my $941. but admitted their administrative bungling to acknowledge the return of my book. This is a school that teaches accounting but fail to put it into practice. Well the BBB said they could help me no more so I filed a complaint with the Ohio attorney general. He said they do not handle these cases and turned me over to ODHE(Ohio Department of Higher Education). The ODHE said the school is not responsible for what their couselors say ( What? they hired these people but they're not responsible for what they say?) So whatever misleading information given by their employees is not their responsibility. According to their representative, by their policy (which I wasn't told by their counselor) I had a certain amount of days to apply for a full refund which I missed because of misinformation. So at the top of the list of their curriculum that they teach but do not practice is business ethics. I wouldn't trust these people with anything, especially to remain in business. read more
