Ohio Ambulance failed to schedule an ambulance for my 95 year old mother. I had paid their upfront fee and received an order number but they never scheduled an ambulance. Using an excuse to cover their incompetence they cancelled any ambulance for my mother. Essentially committing fraud and theft for not honoring a contract. They would not let me speak to management. read more

This company transported my father to home hospice and picked up his body later that week. In both cases, they were more than THREE HOURS late, which might have been okay if a company representative didn't repeatedly call us with "updates" promising that the crew was "en route" or "minutes away." Those "minutes" stretched into hours. Obvious lies which led to disappointment and stress. In the end, it meant less time with my father when he was alive and too long with his body when he was dead. We were never offered an apology or anything resembling one. The crew members (who looked all of seventeen) didn't even make eye contact. read more

**Do Not use this company** They should be shutdown because…read moreit appears they hire incompetent employees. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have a cousin that lives in McGregor Nursing home and she Cannot Walk. This last week her Mother passed away and she needed transportation to attend the Viewing. On Friday, 12/13/24, Penn Medical transport picked up my cousin from McGregor to take her to the viewing. She rode alone with the driver. No family members were with her. On the way back from the Viewing of her Mother, the driver had an accident. My Cousin fell out of the Electric Wheelchair on to the floor of the Van & the Electric Wheelchair Fell on Top of her. WHY? Because the driver was negligent and DID NOT STRAP Her in. She now has Broken Bones in her Ankle & has a Cast on. **And not able to attend her Mom's Funeral on 12/21/24.

Do not hire paulina lembach, she is a thief who stole almost 700 dollars from me. She claimed to be my friend & claimed she cared about me and my child. & The whole time she was taking my money from me. I am a single mom making minimum wage. I will be pressing charges on her this evening, I would definitely reconsider hiring her, she should not be trusted. I have proof of her stealing from me, if you need to see it I would be more then happy to show whoever is in charge. read more
