I was in Jerome the other day for a biopsy at their local St Luke's. I have never been to Jerome…read moreso of course I wanted to check out a couple local joints. Jerome is a bit away from Boise so I wanted to us my time wisely. I have to see what this cool little town offered. I had researched local restaurants and coffee joints in the area before heading to Jerome. Renew had quite a few great reviews and after talking to the receptionist at St. Luke's, he suggested Renew well. I took that as a solid recommendation and made my friend drive me there. My friend and I walked in and were immediately greeted by 4 people behind the counter. I appreciate a staff that is so friendly to their customers! The venue is this joint is huge! There's pool tables, a lot of available seating, a kids area and a stage for local talent to perform. I can imagine this place being a sweet spot to hang out on the weekends. Grab a drink or an ice cream and enjoy your night. My friend and I decided to just order a couple drinks and absorb the vibe. There were plenty of baked goodies that were calling our names but we held off. The cinnamon roll they had on display was massive. There was plenty of frosting on that baby and I would have eaten the whole thing without any guilt. I was so tempted to get it but I knew it would ruin my lunch. I snagged an iced americano with sugar free white chocolate and cream. My friend got a hot mocha with a couple extra shots of espresso. I did ask for my drink to be a hair sweeter. I looking forward to my first caffeinated beverage of the day. My drink did not disappoint. It was so good! The espresso wasn't bitter, plenty of cream and the sweetness level was perfection. We sat and chilled. There were locals having lunch. Other locals enjoying each other's company and coffee. Its just an all around great space to be. I'm happy I got to check out this local coffee joint. I can see why a lot of people recommend and speak highly of it. If I'm ever on the road and need a cup of coffee, I will be making a pit stop to Renew for that drink. I know it's going to be good.

Lovely little coffee shop to get your caffeine fix in little Buhl, Idaho. If you want a quality cup…read moreof joe, make sure to stop here. This coffee shop is staffed by warm, welcoming baristas who take their time to really make quality drinks. They might be young, but I was impressed by their professionalism and the way they seemed to really care about getting my drink right and spent an extra second or two double-checking that they had everything the way I wanted. One of the coolest aspects of this place is that they use Cloverleaf milk, which literally comes from the dairy across the street. Talk about using local products--they could only be more local if they had a cow in the back and milked it directly into the lattes. Along with that beautiful cream-top milk, they use locally roasted Dawson Taylor coffee that comes freshly roasted from Boise. I love a cafe that supports our Idaho companies. When I ordered the girls suggested the Idahoan, which is a white mocha with huckleberry. I'm not always big on super fruity, sweet drinks, but this is just the right amount of sweetness. I appreciate that they haven't gone crazy with syrups and are instead trying to highlight flavors. The drink had three beautifully balanced shots of espresso, nice velvety oat milk (my preference), and was the perfect temperature. A standout drink. I also had a great oatmeal cookie, which was chewy and dense and had that great malty flavor. Definitely a 10/10 afternoon pick me up. The shop itself is clean and bright, has nice little tables and cozy chairs, and a little fireplace to linger at. You can drive through if you're in a hurry, and the service is quick if you'd just like to get in and out. I can't find any faults with this cafe. Definitely stop in--you won't be disappointed.

Two young ladies offered neither a warm hospitality nor any passionate attempt to sell their menu…read more No baristas here-just an overpriced, sub par product line. Ambiance was very well done though! Sadly, this visit leaves me as a first and last time customer.

What a neat little spot for breakfast. While on our trip we were looking for something quick and to…read morego. We got their breakfast burrito and split that and it's huge and filling so you can def share that. It was very well made very flavorful and loved the side pico de gallo that comes with it. I could have done without the sour cream on top make it kinda messy to eat but over all the burrito was amazing. We also got a sandwich to go for after our hike and they come with chips as well. Their pastries are amazing and are fresh! We scored a peanut butter cookie that was massive and was so dang good and soft. Their coffee selection was great and I was skeptical about the OJ I asked if it was fresh and they said no but they showed me the gallon it came from and it was delicious it was a 8.5 of freshness and had some pulp in there. I always prefer fresh squeezed but this fulfilled the craving. The vibes in here are cozy there is plenty of seating for you to drink your coffee catch up in a book or just hang with a friend. They have a section where you can borrow a book and just hang as well. Their bathroom theme was great and clean as well. Overall their service was great and I'd come back. The staff were very nice and talkative despite their morning rush they worked together to get that line down. Can't wait to try more things in the menu and drinks as well.

Came here to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich to eat right away, and lunch to-go for the plane…read more This place was highly recommended of a local friend. Best espresso coffee drink I've ever had! I will dream of... The Mexican Mocha. Real Mexican chocolate. Homemade cream. Cinnamon on top. OMG! So so good! Yes the breakfast burrito was also delicious. I couldn't finish it; it's very large but tasty. I asked if it was hot due to the peppers and she suggested I order it with regular sour cream; Their spiced sour cream in it might be too hot. I did and it was ok. No big kick. I ate the breakfast there. Loved the ambiance inside although the outdoor tables looked relaxing too. After a discussion with the hostess and chef (?), I chose the vegetable hummus sandwich on wheat as my to-go lunch to eat on the plane many hours later. Surprisingly, it held up. It was lovingly packed and came with salty potato chips- love that! A potato chip should always be salty! I will Definately return here on every future trip!!
