The way strips kept breaking, and it felt rushed. Additionally, I was left with random patches of hair throughout the area, not leaving me smooth like I had hoped. I got a call the morning of his appointment day stating they had consulted with their doctor and don't think they can treat him due to his disability and lack of pain tolerance! I told them I was disappointed and that they should not assume someone with an intellectual disability has a low pain tolerance. I told them his brother has the same disability and a VERY HIGH pain tolerance. He didn't even complain about a huge abscess above his molar! Caught it with a panoram X-ray. My son does very well with pre meds for dental work yet this place would not even go through with the spot trial like we agreed to. Not impressed.
