DHL arranged for the…read moretransportation and delivery of my one piece of luggage from the Grand Cayman to my address in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on the 23rd of November 2021. DHL confirmed the luggage was in Mexico and was in Customs in Queretaro Mexico. We have provided all the required documents for customs and DHL and couriered hard copies to DHL, with a confirmed receipt of these documents. We spent a significant amount of time on the phone and via emails trying to chase down delivery of our luggage. Eventually after 6 weeks we were informed that the luggage was ready to be released and that we would receive it in 2 days. They requested a payment of 4460.98 pesos to Customs Mexico. We made a payment of the invoice and have a receipt for this payment. Then I received an email from Ana Quintero ( the DHL representative whom assisted us from the beginning on my many queries of the whereabouts of my luggage) asking me what my luggage looked like. I find out now via email that my luggage is missing. I immediately was in contact with CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DHL MEXICO and he reassured me he would get back to me with an update on my missing luggage. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK FOR OVER 3 weeks now! This is unacceptable. The concierge where I am staying at in Mexico, called many times the DHL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES, Leila Belen Flores, Bautista y Lizeth Antonia. But they HAVE NOT ANSWERED THEIR phones. So now I am attempting to receive their emails to email them as to whereabouts of my luggage. I REPEAT DO NOT USE DHL
