However, if you ask a question or inquire as to why you didn't get what you paid for, they'll block you and / or harass you via PM then block you. We did ask why people were in our seats and what we could do about it. We were told "it didn't matter" where people sat, even though our tickets clearly were printed with our seat #'s. So much for paying extra for the VIP experience! Also, I inquired as to why other local bands don't get a chance to open for big acts, and was told the band that has done this (Co.Townes) "auditioned" for the gig. WHAT? The show was announced and the opener listed alongside the main act. There was NO open call for any band to audition. WHY? I'm guessing because one of the musicians is employed by the Struther's. We were in a group of 8 and 4 of us got shafted. Also, we saw the Gin Blossom's in 2021, same BS happened with the VIP experience. I did call before the ticket purchase this time and was told we could sit in our purchased seats. So, it wasn't like I was trying to lose out on $ or have another bad experience. And, during the Gin Blossom's show people from the balcony came down STANDING in the aisles, to where we had to actually stand up to see. I'm disabled and unable to stand for long periods of time. We actually had to leave because we could not see. The only plus was that the one girl at the box office was nice, as well as the security and ushers. I've contacted the local TV stations and one is going to do an investigative report on the operations of this place. I almost cannot wait.

This is actually a historic site as well as a theatre which presents a wide range of cultural shows…read moreand events. As far as culture goes, it's just about the only thing Warren has going for it. If you do go there and if you can get into it, be sure to visit the historic Struthers Library. It remains pretty much the way it was in the late 1800's or early 1900's

Unfortunately this is the only place in Warren to go to the movies unless you want to drive a half…read morehour to Jamestown. So it's kind of take it or leave it. Seats are relatively new but are not recliner style that most theaters have now. Carpet is dated and gross. Bathrooms have not been updated... ever? They looked exactly the same from my youth only worse. Remember the bathroom scene in the movie Saw where they guy was chained to the radiator? Yeah its nasty like that. Popcorn is stale and flavorless. It is not popped fresh. You are better off with boxed candy. Pop was good. You only knew which theater to go to because of the hand written paper signs above each door. Sound was good. The staff was nice and the movie ran correctly so all in all if you are looking for just the movie then this is the place for you.

Basically it's a drinking, as in booze drinking establishment, no food service though they do have annual events, a now and then party or buffet, smoking permitted and also with certain signup drawings and tear card types of or ticket or lottery gambling. It's a clean, a large place, sometimes offers entertainment such as bands & etc., but attracts most because of its earthy friendly atmosphere with drinks poured free hand and served at an extremely reasonable price.
