Once again thoroughly disappointed and aggravated at this place. This has to be the worst business in the area. They are always so slow and the people working in the copying and printing do not know how to do their jobs or how to use their equipment. I waited for an hour to get served at a computer and then it took them an hour to figure out how to print the 1,000 pages (8 documents) I needed printed. Eventually I went to the manager over the printing area and requested a different person because the one serving me knew nothing. This gentleman got all my stuff printed in a very short time. The manager did not even have the courtesy to offer me a discount for wasting my time. Horrible customer service and an incompetent staff. read more
