My own fault though for choosing to take Spanish in High School. They did tell me there was an English tours every Saturday at 10am. I'll probably check that out.

Note: Check out the tourist office website - http://www.aixenprovencetourism.com/ and you can always e-mail the tourist office before you arrive to book tickets, etc. We booked our tour for the Bibemus Quarries before we go to Aix and it was such a highlight even though the tour was only in French.
