We had never tried a Segway tour on previous trips and were feeling adventurous so we decided to visit Mobilboard. After a very quick lesson we were on our way for a 60 minute tour and within 5 minutes decided we wanted the 2 hour tour. Our guide Quentin immediately granted our wish and then we set out for what turned out to be an amazing experience. The ride was exhilarating and Quentin was engaging throughout and provided outstanding commentary on all the sites. He even volunteered to take our picture without prompt. Our trip was extremely fun and I strongly recommend this experience for everyone!

We (three couples) were scheduled to cruise on May 19th, 2020.  The cruise did not sail due to…read moreCovid-19.  Of course, our flight was cancelled as well.  We had purchased the travel insurance through Croisieurope.  We were told, when the tour did not sail, that we would receive a full refund for our tour.  Then, their offices shut down.  It is now almost a year later and still, no refund.  We hear very little from the company.   Each time, we are told they are "confident" they will be able to refund the money for the cruise.  According to their website, they are booking tours again.  This review would have been on their website, however, they have no reviews there, this is telling.  This is a company that wanted all money for the cruise up-front, which we paid on-time.  They are keeping our money, which amounts to over $10,000.  I contacted the trip insurance company and had no luck.  This, in my opinion is a poor way to run a business.  Don't use Croisieurope.

Jerome planned a lovely day for us in the Colmar region. We visited the little villages, climbed up…read moreto the towers, enjoyed a great lunch at a local restaurant and even went horseback riding through the forest. Jerome was generous with his time and knowledge and took the time to show us the little extras nearby. I highly recommend spending the day with Jerome in the region he knows so well and enjoys sharing with his customers.
