Absolutely amazing job!!!! The customer service her is always on point. I have been a handful of times. Highly recommended.

I typically don't do mechanical. Car washes because I Feel it damages the vehicle. But in this event, I went here, and it wasn't so bad For $25dollars before tax, my SUV was cleaned inside out, and even the trunk received vacuuming. The wash was pretty straightforward and didn't require much additional conversation. read more

Don't go here! The new manager is racist! She didn't want to honor my stamps for a free wash because she said I stamped it myself like who goes out of their way to buy a fake stamp? Then she shows me other receipts and the ones from a month ago looked like mine! She had new stamps when she took over the business! I called her out and told her I don't care anymore just charge me so I can go to work, and she kept me there, hostage talking my ears out about the stupid stamp! I had to ask one of the car detailers to come talk to her so she could charge me, so I can leave. And she looks at him and looks back at me and says, "oh, you know her that's why?" Like NO! Only because we are both Latinos and you aren't doesn't mean we know each other and he's taking my side. He is helping me because you're crazy! That's so racist! I will never return again!! read more

I've never been to this car wash but I passed it today on my way to pick up my son and I didn't have much time. I only did the exterior wash. After they finished, I saw that it was not clean so I told one of the employee that was wiping the car and I asked if he could please wipe the stain away. He immediately turned and said no and ignored the stain. So I went to another guy who was wiping on the other side of the car to help clean the stain. After they finished, the first guy came up to me and said "pay more!". I didn't expect a perfectly cleaned wash but I didn't expect a bad service with attitude like that. read more

Waste of money. They were busy and it's cold but it is no excuse to use tape that leaves glue. No integrity in the work. Not coming back. read more

I got a flat tire today, and I pulled into the car wash for help. After receiving a rude no, I offered to even PAY for their help to change my tire. The workers responded by telling me to leave immediately. They didn't have any cars waiting for a car wash. They just wanted to continue sitting on their asses. Generosity is key, and being this rude to someone is unbelievable. read more

I was extremely impressed with the VIP car wash. Th attention to detail was amazing! Beyond pleased.

The car wash is alright as it is close to home & work. My car was smelling like a skunk so I have to admit they did a flawless job on my car after getting full service for Package # 2, it was like it took an interior shower, which should include Compound & Wax according to the sign posted up, but which I didn't receive, that's why they got 4 instead of 5 stars. ***Please be more clear with your prices*** Overall I will recommend it! But be clear on pricing before doing so! read more

Off Broadway Car Wash - $90 package which includes a $10 discount during weekdays! But does not include certain services listed!! - Car Wash Near Me - Elmhurst, New York

Please improve your service. Your employees need to care about the cars they are washing. The equipment is all old and the employees hate working here. The owner should do something about it or this business might not be here if this continues. read more

One of the worst service ever. You pay $10 for a unfinished car wash. And they tell to pay extra to complete. So it's $10 for a unfinished car wash and upon complaint they demand extra. These guys rip you off good. They will complete the job only if you pay them extra. A good example of unprofessionalism and blood suckers. read more

I just paid for the ritz!!! But for sure its not not a ritz Carlton car wash. For19.59 it was a sure disappointment. What a rip off.. I have pics to show you guys how bad of a job they did. I was sure I left the Windows all closed but when I got in I felt dampness on my seat and noticed that my window is slightly open. Come on people even if it was my fault (which I don't think so since I had the ac running) wouldn't the staff check the Windows?? My car seat was wet when I sat in my car. The inside was not wiped well and I can see the outside grime from my moon roof. Find another place if you don't want to get ripped off... Or you can supervise the workers to clean your car by instructing them on how to do a decent car wash read more

Paid for the chassis wash and was told the display sign was broken. Took a look at the bottom and it was dry. Clearly the wash wasn't applied and it passed thru the section too quickly. read more

This place does not look modern nor high tech but they can really make your car look and smell great after a car wash. These guys are doing a very good job and I'm impressed every time I take my car there. I always pay $30 and wait around 15 minutes but I don't mind coz I feel that even my car is very happy once they give it back to me. So spotlessly clean! I've been to several car wash places and some of them are so high tech but nothing compares to this place in the way they clean my car. Very fastidious and they don't scrimp on Armor All and whatever they use to do their superb job. Thank you guys! read more

When my goto "NYC car wash" on queens blvd closed down, I needed to find a new one in a pinch. I figured I'd give this one a try since it was right around the corner. I pulled in and paid $16 for the royal package that was supposed to include a tire/rim shine and a trunk vacuum among other things. I rolled away without getting either, my fault for not checking the trunk until I got home. They also didn't rinse off the floor mats, they just shook them out and put them back in. Avoid this scam of a place at all cost! read more

I don't recommend this....they vacuum for only one mins Inside the car and then car wash..no towel dry. They let it sit outside for air dry... read more

Great car wash good people that care about getting the kid done right! Support your small business people!

Great service, they were very busy but still got my car in and out in no time. I Usually do the VIP wash and very pleased with that.

If I could 6 stars, I would give them 7!!! This place is awesome. They do a great job and I've never had any scratches or damage done to my baby (car haha). And it's cheap! Love this place. Get the VIP, it includes EVERYTHING, well except rubber mats but that's only $1 each. To top it off, you can find EVERYTHING here for cheap too. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG!!! read more

Yelp's map is not working correctly. This car wash is located on 42-08 80th St, Elmhurst, NOT Manhattan. You can get "the works" for a little over $14! This includes vacuuming, car wash, wax, and armor all. What a bargain! The machines are well maintained by the owners as evidenced by the fact that I've NEVER had any sorts of dings/scratches on my 1998 Toyota 4Runner for the years I've been going there. Make sure you tip all the "paisanos" that dry and add armor all to your vehicle, because they're such hard workers for the minimum wage that they get paid! read more

You were recommended to me by a coworker but sad to say, the now closed Woodside Car Wash was way better than you. first of all, I don't care if that lady cashier was unsmiling but c'mon, there were still soapsuds and streaks on my doors when the guys who were drying up the car said it was finished. I shouldn't even have given a tip! We had to wipe it down again. Not coming back. read more

The guys at the counter had attitude (old man)like I was asking for free car wash. My main purposes to was my car was to clean bcuz the bird shit on the hood. But came out just like that with all stains . I been coming here for yrs and personal has change but not for good. Not coming back at all. read more

People who work there is not nice. They don't have service mind. They have service with attitude.

One of the worse car wash places in the Tristate area. Went today to get a wash, it took all of 45 seconds to run the car through the wash AND THE CAR WAS STILL DIRTY. THE WINDOWS WERE STREAKY AND THE INTERIOR WASN'T EVEN WIPED DOWN. I paid for the Ritz car wash which is supposed to have the tires armoralled they told me I didn't pay for that option and refused to put it on my tires if I didn't pay 30$ to have the whole interior done as well. Save your money and don't bother going to this place. ITS A SCAM AND THEY ROB YOU. read more

My car came out really clean, but this was my very first time going to a car wash, and I had no idea what Armor All meant, which I told them several times. They still went ahead and used it on the interior and now my car looks obnoxiously shiny on the inside, sticky, and smells like I just got it at a used car dealership. Gross! I couldn't drive with the windows rolled up. I'm sure not many people complain about that, or they would never use the nasty chemical. I give them 4 stars because they were diligent, precise and friendly, and it's not their fault I hate Armor All. read more

I've been a loyal customer for a year now, and it's been a cheap wash and decent service until today. I paid for the cheapest option to have wheel brite added on the wheels, but after paying for it, I was told that it was not included, even though it was listed with the option. I explicitly tried to show them what I paid for, and they refused to even hear me out. Will only come back as a last resort, and will look to take my business elsewhere. read more

I love this car wash! I don't get the negative reviews? I live in NJ now and get my car washed here whenever I'm in queens visiting my parents. I haven't found a place in NJ that compares to them! I get the $30 deal and my car is spotless in and out. read more

Probably one of the worse car washes in all of Queens. For as long as I could remember, this spot has always been a car wash since I was a kid. I took my first car here for a wash. What I really hate about this car wash is how old their brushes are. The bristles have split ends and it's extremely harsh on the exterior of your car. The guys here pound on your wheels, slaps the broom/brush on the your car in a very rough motion. They should consider using microfiber mittens to hand wash the cars before sending it in through the wash tunnel. On the positive note, they've always shine tires up pretty nice. Tire shine here is an extra $2. They brush on a nice coat of it. Other places are a bit cheap and it wears off quite fast. read more

This car wash is older car wash. There is nowhere to sit comfortably and you can't see youe car getting washed. They have exterior wash for 6 $ and other varying options for spray polish abd armorall on the tires and fragrance. I got the ubdercarriage wash polish armorall on tires and feagrance. the car wash liferally took like 60 seconds. they spent little tine drying and car was still dirty on roof and glass still had windshield wiper dirt where not wiped by the blade and one wheel still dirty. I told management and they threw away my receipt and did not attempt to correct. I terior dash clean but other areas all still dirty. by the way I paid $15. and to top it off no air freshner. do not try to find this place. its outdated and no amenities but no discount for it at all. bad management and workers are obviously not motivated. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH. If you value your car, please go somewhere else. Their brushes left scratches all over my car. You will be better off with a hose and you'll save yourself the cost and time of buffing out or painting over the scratch marks. It makes me feel terrible that I came in hopes of getting a simple wash and left with the car in worse condition then it came in. STAY AWAY!!! read more
