We made several calls and left messages this fool never called us back. So on Tax date we sent him an email asking why he has not gotten back with us and were our taxes done ? we finally hear from him and he fires us as a client because he doesn't like our attitude! Excuse me but it's TAX DAY! This fool didn't even have the professional curiosity to contact us. Now we have to file an extension!!

Hopefully they follow through with this and notify customers that the auto-enrollment isn't happening. I'm optimistically bumping them to 3*. This company is a scam. They advertise a simple $59/year registered agent service, but bill you for much more. Today they sent an email with an innocuous subject line, but in the text mentioned that they have "upgraded" me to add their $170 annual report filing service and will bill my credit card in 14 days unless I cancel the new service through a confusing web app they set up. I never agreed to this. Filing the report myself online is quick and costs less than half what they charge. Offering extra services is fine, but charging my card without consent crosses the line.

Our business contracted with Stadtmueller and associates from 2nd quarter 2012 to after the 1st…read morequarter of 2013. During this time we expected to be provided with services stated in our contract, including filing and preparation of taxes, account set-up, and book keeping. We are extremely disappointed by the services that we were provided. In that time Stadtmueller and Associates failed to file our quarterly and federal taxes accurately and on-time, the only profit/loss statement that we received was grossly inaccurate. During this time we never had an opportunity to meet with Mr. Stadtmueller though we were contracted for unlimited consultations. After reaching out to him by email, phone, and coming into the office several times, it became apparent that the company had misrepresented the services they were willing and able to provide. In the last two months of doing business, we feel they fraudulently billed for services through our accounts at rates exorbitantly over our contracted rate. After 8 months of attempting to contact Roger Stadtmueller and the systematic failure of his company to provide the services we were promised, we dissolved our relationship and sought new account management. This office is disorganised, has high staff turn-over and Roger spends all of his time in San Antonio, Texas (where he has another office). The Spokane office is currently under federal investigation, my business and family's livelihood is too valuable to play this close to the foul line.
