No cleaning at all and was charged $148. I have NEVER in all my years of going to the dentist encountered a situation where the most basic service wasn't provided during a scheduled visit. When he asked about the cleaning, he was told there was no hygienist available and that he would need to come back for another appointment. This is completely unacceptable. Why schedule a cleaning if you don't have the staff to perform it? This felt incredibly misleading and, frankly, like a money grab. I am extremely disappointed and intend to pursue recourse for this experience. Parents of UGA students, please be aware and cautious before sending your child here.

So we can all sit shoulder-to-shoulder, coughing on each other, while you run an hour behind schedule? A couple weeks later I received my bill which was over $400! This was with the practice being covered by insurance and my insurance company covering a portion of the charge. Not only that, but the provider listed was an MD who practices in Atlanta. The codes they used for the visit were also not appropriate for the visit duration and type. I tried to contact them and get the codes changed for the visit, but they kept making excuses for how they could use the codes that they did.
