Their efforts were commendable so much so that once I finished my first round of PT, I decided to give them a chance and after 3 weeks they have completely restored my trust in their professionalism, courtesy compassion and expertise. It is a large facility but the therapist and support team are attentive and considerate. The receptionist Madelyn is so very kind and pleasant, Craig is very courteous, observant, and professional. And Henry the PT working with me, is knowledgeable, kind, hardworking and is great to work with. Stacy, Ramiro, Tiffany, and Camelia are all kind and pleasant. These are the ones who have worked with me. The facility may be very large but they truly give great care to all patients. I thought it only fair to share this good report given I shared apparently a one off occurrence. They took their time explaining the different exercises and machinery, and ramped up the level of difficulty at the appropriate intervals. The home exercises that they showed me helped a lot and they always answered my questions with an intelligent and well-explained response. If you live in the vicinity and need some rehabilitation from an injury or recent surgery, I recommend giving this place a shot.
