It was already mid day so we were desperate to find someone that day. We called Cortez and explained situation. I don't think we were close- by but he said he would contact on of his workers and see what he could do. At this point we didn't know if we would need a new door too. Very shortly after that we received a call that he would be out around 4. I don't recall the names of the new gentlemen we spoke too. About 20 minutes before arrival a call was received that he was on his way and a reassurance that he would fix everything. Even though it was late in the day and took awhile the door frame was replaced. The door was fine. The price was incredibly reasonable. These gentlemen are my hero's along with Angi for referring. They are in my book in case my son or I ever need work done. Please consider this company for your needs- they rock. Super grateful to Angi and Cortez.

The one we wound up going with was bad news, but a completely different person than our neighbors' contractor who seemed to do good work. Thus tread carefully.
