He refuses to fix/repair anything that's in the apartment. It's impossible to reach him or his maintenance staff, there is handicap parking but no way to get a wheelchair char or mobility scooter to some of the ground level apartments, there's not enough parking for the tenants. The units are quite small for what he charges for rent, the appliances are very outdated,the tenants basically have to pay out of pocket for any and all repairs to the apartment. My advice is stay far away from this Slumlord and take your money somewhere else.
