Note: When a customer asks for help... it's usually because they can't find what they are looking for. That's why they are asking for help. I went into the Ocean Grove Sewing Centre today to try and find some material for my daughter's school dress up. I had a look - couldn't see anything close to what I needed, so asked the staff member. All she could be bothered to do, was to point over to the section and tell me "whatever we have it's there". Clearly she could not be bothered helping me. It's called customer service - and in winter in Ocean Grove - when business slows down you would think most of the businesses would be at the top of their game in helping customers who want to shop local. Did I spend my money there? No. Will I again. No. Will I now share this story with loads of friends and family online? Yes. read more
