We called today to inquire about their policies--since they conveniently don't list them on their website (red flag #1). Every park has different rules--some allow six-month stays, others only permit a few days per month--so naturally, we wanted clarity before considering an RV purchase on-site. Apparently, asking for basic information was too much to handle for whoever answered the phone today (03/15/2025). Instead of a straightforward response, we were met with condescending remarks about how they'd "just know" if we overstayed because of electric usage. Fascinating logic--considering we weren't even told how long we could stay. If you're thinking of dealing with this place, run. Their website boasts, "If you're looking for high quality and personal service, you've come to the right place." In reality, the only "service" you'll get is from what I can only assume is a front-desk employee who loathes their job and takes it out on anyone who dares to ask a question. I called them today inquiring about a annual lease. Which I researched on their website, first about fees and amenities. When I called, a lady answered the phone, I quickly introduced myself, and started to ask her questions. I explained that I was looking to find out about the annual lease. I wanted to know if they had anything available. I was going to stay fulltime basis to see if I like the area. This woman rudely informed me. You can't live here year-round in a camper. Ok, I live in the middle of NC , how would I know that? Its not listed on their website. Then I proceeded to ask , well if I did do annual, how many nights per month or week I could stay. I just wanted to live in the area before I decided to buy. This woman had the nerve to scream at me. Lady you just said you were wanting to stay full time. We are not interested ! I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, simply because of one lady. There is one red headed lady in the front office with the WORST attitude, I believe her name was Jenn or Jennifer, something along those lines. She acts like she knows everything, but little does she know is she is driving the good people away from there. If the owner sees this, by God replace her! She is ruining your business! She acts like she absolutely hates life, I can tell that about her. I also know her problem is within herself so she projects that anger onto innocent individuals, and that is not right. I will pray for her and pray that she doesn't run the business into the ground. So much potential in that place. I've also heard similar opinions of this same individual around the area that know or have met her. The other lady however, is sweet as pie, I think Angel is her name. The red headed lady could be easily replaced with someone that actually enjoys their job though. read more
