My neighbor was being discharged from DHMC after two weeks. Her rugs became stained from so many kind people coming and going prior to her hospitalization and then during hospitalization to care for her little dog who was stressed with her absence. So I called Rob and he came to her house on very little notice and cleaned her rugs and made them fresh and new again. He was friendly and did a superior job for a very reasonable price.
