She is wonderful, and always a joy to see and work with toward my individual goals for recovery or pain relief. I first met her when a doctor recommended PT to address lower back pains that had developed as a result of an on-going illness I live with. At the time she was at the Providence Hospital office, and from the first day evaluation, through six weeks of the personalized therapy program she developed for me, I found that her vibrant, happy character was as least as beneficial for my recovery as the exercises she put me through each session. Later, when I developed yet another issue that my doctor prescribed PT to address, and I learned that she had been assigned to the Snow Rd office, I insisted that my prescription be sent to that office, with directions for her personally to receive the assignment. And she didn't disappoint me that time either. In all, over at least a two year period, I have had to seek PT assistance for help in dealing with issues that have developed because of my illness, no less than four times. Kari has never let me down, and I actually look forward to my sessions with her, even when she is tough on me, pressing me to do more. Another therapist at this office is Jack. I have had to work with him a few times when Kari was just too busy to provide the attention I required. He too provides exceptional service. He makes everyone feel like a friend, and he is always in a cheerful and friendly mood. There are several other PTs at this office, and each appear to be friendly, helpful and kind. At least two of them are Occupational Therapists, assisting patients with rehab required because of work related injuries. Last but not least is Rachel, the front desk clerk, always greeting patients by name and with a smile. She never fails to hold the big entry doors open for me after I have finished my sessions, and I am leaving to head home. She is another kind, and sweet soul, but this business has been blessed with many sweet souls as employees. So, at the risk of making them all more well known, and thus building their business to such a degree that I find it difficult in the future to get an appointment there, I highly recommend this office of Encore Rehab.

From Darla, Kevin and Troy in administration, Gaylan and Julie leading their team of wonderful therapists, to the one and only Miss Eileen at the front desk who listens and cares as sleepless parents sign in their child who seems to only need 2 hours of sleep at night some nights... All of the staff there are knowledgeable and genuinely care about everyone that passes through their doorway. We have been clients since they first opened their business. The front office staff are accommodating very polite and personable. I am always treated with kindness, even when I have to cancel an appointment last minute. Our therapists are wonderful; they handle my son with love and provide the right amount of pressure to help him achieve new goals. My son is a highly critical heart patient and I trust them, for a parent of a cardiac kid that is saying a lot! The facility is always clean and I have seen therapists personally wiping down instruments/toys they utilize throughout their day, that means so much to me.

There are a few spots to park in shade and around back there is plenty of parking also…read more When you enter you must read the signs to figure out where to go. Then check in on a kiosk. If you ask the people at the desk, they just instruct you to check in on the kiosk into which you are to enter in your insurance and social security number along with scanning your insurance cards and drivers license. On one hand I like that other people aren't handling your information, on the other it's very impersonal and the people at the desk seem like they don't want to be bothered (due to the eye roll) and I should've obviously seen and known that I'm supposed use the kiosk to check in. Then you have to read the signs to determine which side of waiting room to sit on for which ever doctor you are to see. The X-ray tech was very nice, fast and professional. The physical therapy staff are all very sweet and professional. The Doctor was excellent and I am very impressed with the efficiency of the office overall. Highly recommend.

Now I have over 40 years of direct medical experience and patient care. She had to have been the worse NP I have ever seen. She was out right condescending, rude, would interrupt, when she asked you a question, and talk over you, showed no interest in me or patient concern. Like I was a burden. She rushed tthrough the appointment even though I was the only patient in the lobby at that time. She physically hurt me during my exam and when I expressed this she just continued without any empathy or consideration for me. This provider is should not be allowed to have patient contact.
