Better hope you never need anything from these guys! Got a flat tire right outside their parking lot; saw a guy going into the fire station but he didn't answer the door or the phone. I'm sure they have an air compressor, but they're not going to let you use it! No sense of community responsibility, for a town that doesn't even have a gas station. Attended the annual community BBQ today. It was outstanding! We had the tri-tip lunch which was to die for! We also tried their BBQ oysters, which were delicious and finished with a treat from their "Fireman's Cafe" dessert booth. Those firemen are good cooks! Nice crowd of friendly people. Beautiful setting in the redwoods with fun live music to listen to! This was the second year we have attended and you can be sure we will be coming back every year from now on! read more
