I used this company as I had heard great reviews off family and friends . I wanted a special cake making for my daughters christening and wanted something extra special . I went into the shop and had every confidence in the company after looking at their wonderful examples they had on show . The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and made sure I was happy with what I had ordered . On collecting my cake two weeks later I was very happy with the result it was stunning and was everything I hoped . Not only did it look good it tasted lovely to . I used this company to order two birthday cakes which I later cancelled as my son was poorly so we cancelled the party booked. I only cancelled the cakes when I was advised they had not been made and I cancelled two weeks before they were due to be picked up anyways. I had found the company online, they did not advise on their website they only do credit notes and when I paid the full amount over the phone they did not advise this either. When I complained after cancelling the cakes, I ended up with a very angry aggresive woman who wouldnt even let me talk. I would not use this company ever again and have made a complaint to the ombudsman as they still have not given me a refund for £120.
