The supervisor did a great job canceling all charges, and instead placed my account delinquent since they couldn't just correct it to the single charge it should've been. That process was not painless, and took nearly a week to get my money back. To avoid further issues, I notified Nancy B. Who knew of the original problem, that I would record our conversation. We also have transcript. After months, we straightened out the payment, after she tried to blame my bank even though I have record of both sides saying they made their own errors. She took payment and proceeded to tell me to "Never call here again." Great way to take a calm moment and make it insulting. I have recording, and would love to post it if it didn't contain my PI. I won't forget your comment that will forever stay on the recording. That will serve as a reminder that my family and I should never use this company again. Between being over charged, not being willing to just take responsibility for a clerical error, and then being disrespectful to someone who just wanted to pay a simple bill. There were no good feelings to be had with your billing department. The only saving grace to this company are the medical technicians, but I won't work with them again while they work for this company.

I waited all day for a call back 3:10 it came in from the office, she the on call physician stated she had an appt at 4:00 pm and they could do some blood work and a EKG in the office. I said yes, I left work at 3:21 drove across town. To park Meadows from south-west Littleton. I got there at 4:12. They said well let us check to see if we can still see you as we have a 10 minute cut off time. I said I just booked this with the on call physician and immediately left work and came over here and drove across town. I don't have control over traffic. Bottom line they wouldn't see me! They said I could re-schedule or go to the ER! Very poor practice and this isn't the first time I have felt pushed to the side. I FIRED them! These physicians need to care more and have more compassion for their patients! I feel like all they do is paperwork and push their meds and vaccinations! It's disgusting!

Dr Garrison, when she did finally show, was okay and said to send her a follow up not on the outlying things, including a test she knew nothing about and that she'd research and guide me. So, I sent the follow up note only to be chastised and scolded in the note response back. There were over three paragraphs of how I was a bad patient. For asking questions? Seriously? They proceeded to tell me that she spent 45 minutes with me, which is an absolute LIE.
