Bought my wife a gold and garnet ring from this company at their shop in the Kotva center. It broke the second time she wore it. They reluctantly agreed to repair it, but it would have cost more to ship back to them than to get it fixed, so I asked them to simply send me a replacement for the missing garnet and I would get it repaired myself. After more than four months and seven requests, I have still gotten no response from them.
