Scheduling has always been straightforward, and the team arrives on time and gets right to work. They're thorough and pay attention to details that are easy to overlook, which I really appreciate. My space always feels noticeably cleaner afterward, and I haven't had any issues with communication or service. No service is ever perfect, but any small questions or issues I've had were handled quickly and professionally. For the level of care and consistency they provide, I feel the pricing is fair and offers good value. Overall, it's been a reliable experience, and I plan to continue using them. (One plus for me is they are licensed and insured. My previous services were not, I found out later)

I'm very picky when it comes to letting someone else clean my home because I want it done as well as I would (if I had the time). Benchmark Maids passed my test. In fact, my home has never been cleaner! It's so hard to work full time, raise kids, and keep all those things like baseboards, door frames, and crown molding clean while maintaining all of the necessary daily cleaning. One visit from Benchmark Maids and it's all done! I have now booked recurring cleanings. I highly recommend them! I also appreciate their user friendly website! It's easy to get an instant quote and book a cleaning!
