For example, if you are doing a kitchen renovation......he will not try to make the project any bigger than it needs to be. Bill was on-time, prompt over email and very easygoing at laying out the process in a way you could understand. Plus, he was able to solve many difficult problems that we had in our small kitchen space (allowing us to add a bathroom and so forth). As well, he was able to anticipate problems along the way and was able to adjust for these. I highly recommend him as an architect and would be happy to provide referrals to anyone else who is interested in using him. Plus, he is very responsive over email (responding the same day that I sent emails) which is very useful and much appreciated.
