The good news is: I was in and out in under 20 minutes. The store is huge, but with a clear layout. It wasn't too crowded for a Saturday afternoon and it was easy to find someone to help me find what I was looking for. The first woman I spoke to didn't speak English, but she pointed out a colleague who did. While he was moderately helpful, I was a little put off by his attitude. I showed him the paint I wanted to buy and wanted to double check the words on the can meant what I thought they meant. He didn't even look, brushed me off and said, "Yes, that's the one." I haven't used it yet so I hope he was right.
Other than that minor blip, this is an easily accessible store with pretty much everything you need for a home improvement project. I bought paint, a roller, tarp and painters tape all for under 20 euro.
