The leather craftsman/person is Lu Comora, and she was making a custom alligator bag when I walked in, very Hermes type of design. Apparently was trained by a former Hermes craftsman. Anyway, she is such a skilled leather worker, -- I loved watching and then experiencing the feel of the hand-polished edges. I began to understand the difference between manufactured versus custom leather bags. She told me she makes all of her bags there on-site. (She's really nice to talk to) What a delight to find her shop-- Imagine importing Hermes into a small atelier in Santa Rosa! I'll definitely be back! This was the highlight of the wine-tasting weekend.

I…read moretook in the tattered cushions from a pair of barstools to Pabros, and asked them to cover them in leather, which were originally covered in Naugahyde type substance which did not hold up. As you can see in the photos, the barstools are now Beautiful, Better than new. They did it for a good price, and got it done faster than the original estimated time. These could have ended up in a landfill, but instead will give us many years of use.

Not only did she find my size but she made me feel empowered and very confident. Shoulders back, stand tall, face forward and my girls in a brand new GORGEOUS bra. Ladies, do not have sticker shock if you have been buying bras at Kohls or Macy's. These are beautiful bras. They are fitted by a professional. The only hiccup is, not the shop's fault. They close at 5:30. Parts of Yountville fold up a tiny bit early.

The store attendant, a short woman with short gray hair around 60's to 70's, actually closed and locked the door in my face at 4:50pm-10 minutes earlier than the closing time posted on the door. Their website shows closing to be 6pm. Obviously-posted closing times for B Real mean nothing to this store B Real!! Since there were other women still shopping inside the store I knocked on the window and pointed to my watch stating it is not 5pm yet! When she finally let the other women out of the store, still before their posted closing time, I said to her, I have been trying to buy this wrap for three days and you were always closed so I rushed here today before your closing time to buy this wrap in the window. She said we are closed and shut the door again in my face. Unbelievable, horrible, retail service. It was 10 minutes until 5pm. Such an unfriendly person. I could have paid for the item and still left before their posted closing time. B Real Boutique in Healdsburg, Ca DOES NOT care about their customer relations or honoring their posted store hours on their door or website. Do not rush to give your business to this shop at B Real in Healdsburg! All of the other stores surrounding this store are eager to offer great service, wonderful products, food and a warm welcome. Unfortunately, I was not able to buy the item I wanted even though I rushed to arrive at 4:50pm to purchase the black & white wrap I had been eyeing for 3 days. Every time I came by this store they were closed. I made sure I arrived before closing today to make this purchase since this was our last day in Healdsburg and NOW it will certainly be the last time we ever attempt to shop at B. Real. You have lost a customer and much good will.
