I sent my husband for Nutritional Yeast (around £3). He came back with Brewers Yeast (£10!). The woman serving told him Brewer's Yeast is the same as nutritional yeast. It is NOT. Brewer's yeast is taken as a supplement, Nutritional Yeast is used in vegan cooking for different supplements and for a cheesy taste. These people did not know this!!! My husband went back to change it and THEY REFUSED saying they do not exchange anything once it's out of the front door of the shop. Even when it's their mistake! I didn't want my money back in fact I wanted to buy £30 more stuff. They still refused. When he got back I rang them up and the boss admitted that the member of staff who sold my husband the Brewer's Yeast had made a mistake. But she still said she wouldn't change it! I told her this was totally unacceptable and she said You are not accepting my decision. This conversation is over. To sum up, if you want to give your money to a shop that won't exchange goods if they make a mistake and give you the wrong thing, that sell you sometime for £10 when it should have been £3 and who don't really know very much about vegetarianism or veganism, then buy from here. If you want good service and sound advice you can trust from someone who cares about their customers, go elsewhere. read more
