We paid for the aeration and overseeding services from Oasis & Turf (a lot of money). They mentioned that it takes 18 months to notice the results - we finally contacted back within 17 months, our lawns had a lot of dead grass and the results didn't show at all. We thought we would be fine doing it on our own after aeration and overseeding, but it was never communicated that we need to pay every year to continue receiving the services from Oasis Turf to get the results (a way for them to get money from people). They were very dismissive and refused to do anything to solve it. We live in the Polo Fields (a large neighborhood) - never recommend this vendor to anyone. Please find another vendor. Don't listen to Oasis Turf's response. read more

Beware. I received a text message asking me to rate our technician for his service that day. In addition, I received a bill for $90. What service? I was home all day. No one rang the bell. The security cameras did not pick up anyone around the house other than the guy that cuts the grass and a contractor that came to the door. NO ONE treated the lawn that day. YET they billed me! I complained to customer service they said they would send the technician back out. He showed up later- on the cameras etc. Which only served to prove he never showed up initially. How many other properties are they billing for NO SERVICE? Assuming the homeowner is not at home to question them. I paid the $90 and cancelled the service. BEWARE read more

I've had Oasis treat my lawn for many years. Up until recently, they did a good job. The last few months their performance has been less than stellar. The weeds began to take over my lawn in spite of their weed treatments. I complained and they sent out a technician to treat the weeds. The tech did the "least" amount of effort he could use and only treated half of the problem, leaving big patches of weeds everywhere. Instead of making it better, he made it worse! My lawn looks diseased and my neighbors are noticing. I don't know what happened but I don't think their technicians are properly trained as they obviously don't care what kind of job they do. I hired Oasis a few years back after a very popular competitor nearly wiped-out all of our landscaping as a result of careless herbicide spraying. Over 40+ years of homeownership, I've used probably 6 different lawn services. Oasis is the best ever. Friendly/highly-trained techs, they always remember to close the gates, lol. After treating with dry applications, they go around and blow off anything that's bounced onto the sidewalks, patio, driveway, etc. Best of all, our lawn is absolutely gorgeous every year. Deep green, no weeds, no destructive grubs. We don't even irrigate unless Oasis advises us to water-in an application. The only thing I do is keep my lawnmower blade at 3". Three of our neighbors have signed-up with Oasis after seeing how great our lawn looks. Pricing is in line with competitors. Oh, and they always text us a couple days before an application. read more

Boy, Oasis was great in the selling phase! Matt was attentive and slick. He convinced me that he would customize a "unique" service specifically for my lawn. However, when I compared formulas to two of my neighbors, we received the exact same treatment. If the same service worked, of course I'd be a happy customer. However, my lawn was destroyed (the grass is dead, and the weeds took over). Many months of calls and emails with Matt, and Adam Z (VP of Sales), Oasis blamed everything but their "customized" service. Perhaps they need a VP of customer service, clearly there is a disconnect between sales and service. They said it "takes time to control weeds" yet the year prior using a different service, there were no issues. After three treatments, Oasis destroyed my lawn, literally 30% of the grass browned and died. Perhaps it was the 20 year old "technician" that applied too much fertilizer. I don't know, but Oasis didn't take responsibility, so we moved on to TruGreen and have been very satisfied with the results. Look elsewhere for a company that takes pride in their work. read more

I have been an Oasis customer for a couple of years now and my grass has never looked better! The prior people in house were renters and not much attention to yard at all. They came to aerate my yard and created a giant mess. Mud clumps everywhere even still today. They have treated it and came to retreat for free when weeds were still there yet they overcharged me for the free service. I called and emailed yet I have received no response. Yard is worse off than before. Yes great sales tactics horrible service. I would definitely not recommend. Go elsewhere for sure. read more

They were good...until they weren't! Oasis Turf and Tree damaged our property. They said that unless we purchased their service to protect us they were not liable for any damages We were never offered this service. We would have most certainly spent the $42 dollars. We are now left with around a thousand dollars in service and repairs. There was no bill left at our property for the service. Once I was finally able to get someone to look into the issue, on my third call, they said the cost for this service was $891, an almost 300% increase in price for the same service a year ago. I am left wondering whether they jacked the price up since we complained. As the day wore on, we were informed they did similar damage to our adjoining neighbor's yard. read more

Quality products that cant be overlooked, but they will upset everything without giving a clear picture of a timeline of expectations. be cuatious and read your mail because they will automatically renew your service and before you know it you have a treatment applied the next season when it's easy to forget and then you owe another bill. Overall I have to say given 2-5 years you will have the best lawn on the street if you're willing to pay. read more

Oasis is the provider of lawn care for my neighbor whom I must say has a beautiful lawn. However, my experience with Oasis came in a very different package. One of their lawn care techs found my sons wallet in the side yard that we share with our neighbor. It was full of money and his new drivers license. He was very kind to return it to us even though we are not his client. When I told my son that his wallet had been found and how it was found his reply was "good people, very good people"! read more

Oasis was specifically asked to make sure someone was at home when tech showed up, as the technicians would claim they sprayed my yard but never showed up. After requesting not once but TWICE, the tech's continue to show up with a bill but never do the work, as no one is home. Completely untrustworthy company. No integrity at all. Let me continue on with the story. I was going to let bygones be bygones and rehire Oasis, as the quality of the work is fine when they actually do the work. I was told today by the owner Angela, that they will not come back and do business with me. Seems people are punished for telling the truth about Oasis. This whole situation has soured me so much. For a company that preaches integrity, not even offering to refund me for work not provided, for not doing anything until I posted on Angie's List, you are a perfect example of why people should post their every interaction with every company. It would have saved me money and more importantly time, as I would never have dealt with Oasis if I knew this was how I would be treated. And yes, this review with go on any and every social site I find. Save yourself the time and effort and use another lawn care company. You will be glad you did as you will be punished for telling the truth. Oasis does not want to hear the truth about how a select few employees don't do their jobs and Oasis still expects full payment for work not provided. Awful experience! read more
