I was just driving through from Sun Valley back down to Provo, Utah. I stopped in here to fill up the gas tank and to empty the bladder. I found the gas pump to be in good working order and was able to pay for the gas using Google Pay. I had my vehicle parked in front of the Oasis stop In Bellevue Idaho . It was a box truck I have it up for sale . I was legally parked according to Bellevue police . The manager on 1-29 -2021 Came out of the Oasis stop And was looking at my truck I got out of my other truck and walked over and said can I help you and she said you cannot park here It is illegal . I told her I am in a legal parking spot but If it's a public Hazard I will move it . She then screamed and yelled at me telling me she's the manager of the store and I need to move my truck right now . I said I'm going to move the truck to keep the peace but you can't tell me I can't park there . She called the Bellevue police they came out told me I could park there but I couldn't have my truck up for sale there . Now My First Amendment rights are being violated By the Bellevue police because of this Call . I filed with the ACLU over this and got a hold of the city council and let them know that their laws in violation of the First Amendment it has been challenged many times . I also got a hold of the police department and they told me that someone might look at my side and get in a wreck . I informed him this was Boston Court and that exact Argument was used and lost in several cases . Then he accused me of sleeping in my car In Bellevue I was standing next to my truck to keep A eye on it In case someone wanted to buy it and I had a motorcycle in the back for sale . This gas station is conveniently located. They have easy access for large vehicles and OK gas prices. The major downside is that they are usually over staffed but still somehow leave lines of people waiting to checkout by not running both registers. The staff also has attitude issues like they could be doing something better. read more
