I currently live out of state, we have a renter and a property manager until we retire and move to Bella Vista. The reason I explained about the renter and property manager is to demonstrate the communication issues which could easily occur going through two other people when trying to obtain property services. Every time I have called or text or emailed Weedman I have been contacted back. Because the first use was positive I decided to sign up for the yearly service. Weedman notified me and coordinated with my property manager and the renter to spray weeds. After a few weeks the weeds did not die. Why, who knows, it rained to soon after being sprayed, I don't know. The property manager sent me a picture of the weeds in the front yard, which I sent to weedman. Within a few days the property manager was contacted and they, Weedman had scheduled another treatment. I was notified this past week that the weeds are dying. If you have ever been a DIY person weeds do not die instantly after being sprayed with herbicides. The herbicides take a little time. Be patient with weeds and people who have a successful quality service business. Growth and success can be painful when their really busy. I pay Weedman for their service, I'm not paid and I have no affiliation to the company or owners. This review is my opinion as a patron. 6-1-24
