Didn't catch the name of our server, but he had excellent customer service and spoke English rather…read morewell. My wife and I are on our honeymoon here, and this was our first meal in Spain. I ordered a Ceasar salad and a bacon burger (not feeling adventurous after airline food), as well as a Pina Colada and white wine. I have almost no alcohol tolerance at all, but could not feel any buzz whatsoever from my Pina Colada, but to its credit, it did have real pineapple and taste better than those pre made mixes I detest. The wine was average.
The Ceasar salad was interesting, offering chicken and ham instead of anchovies and a decent dressing, but the salad had been poorly washed, and I was in no mood to pick out the wilted bits. Our excellent server noticed the salad problem and refunded it without being asked, very nice since I only had a little of it. My bacon burger was beautiful to look at, but not the taste I was looking for. The BBQ sauce was meh, and the bacon looked more like fatty ham than bacon. My wife seemed to like her same burger just fine though, so maybe my palate was still off from the awful Air France food. The fries were limp and unappetizing, which our server passed on to the chef.
