About management I don't understand the other comments, but the manager is really nice,she offers help whenever she can, sometimes it takes her a little more time that it should but she makes it work, even when the tenants are late with the rent, she will call them and try to make it work for them and the company. Like past people have said they run the worst and I mean worst management around. The managers even roll their eyes at you when you are leacing..takes 3 weeks to hea back from them even if you are a resident. Have a ton ( meaning 8 pages of rules ) but rules only apply to some. Worst management. Apparently, they are mandating every mobile homes to have skirting and complete ladder with railings. How about the families that don't have any time or money to fix it right away?? Management said they will evict all the families that will not obey. How convenient! read more
