Their Hermès store is small but they carry shoes. Gucci and Prada store are good so e There are 4 floors and the top floor floor hold Karl's kitchen , housewares and luggages like Rinowa , Porsche and Tumi. They carry Ted Baker, Sandro, Herno, Bogner, Add, Tory Burch , Tod's, Chloe etc. Love shopping in German malls. Even if it's cold outside and snowy, the malls are always warm and cozy that you don't need a jacket inside. Most people leave their jackets in the car and walk around the mall like its summer weather outside. Parking is across the street so you have to go through the underpass. The restrooms are in the 4th floor next to towel and bath area section. I will definitely come back to shop in my BFF stores. Trust!!!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a dress from this company and it accepted…read moremy payment and address with no problem. Then I was told I shouldn't have ordered it from their Belgium site and I needed to wait until it was returned to them from the shipper before I was issued a refund. The item is now lost in transit and they are blaming me refusing to issue a credit! Terrible customer service!!!
