Three years ago I had problems due to another tax preparer excluding things from my filings; I was referred to Francis and not only did he amend my taxes, I also received tax refunds, which eliminated me paying out of pocket. Wow! Where do I begin.. I been going to Oak Tree for over 10 years now when I lived in Azusa. Then I moved to the IE and continued to drive to them in Azusa. Then they moved to Rancho Cucamonga and they were closer to me! I originally was helped by their father Francis who was AMAZING at his job and a GREAT person! Last year I tried to do my fiancé taxes and it was way to much to many documents I had to go through. I called Melissa and she was very helpful and got him more than what I expected for his refund. There were so many deductions that he was able to get even turbo tax didn't have on there program. Once again we use there services again this year.
