The lady that did my nails did a very nice job, fixing and adding tips to a couple of nails that I had broken so they all matched. She did a great job, was very friendly and professional and welcomed me back to Manitoba and the Brandon area. I will definitely be back again. Price was very reasonable.

It was not very happy...the color i picked is not the color i got, and the nail tech would not get…read morethe right color. Her kept telling me that that was the color i picked. I asked for off white an i got pink. Talked to the manager about it and he was very rude. He told me that they do not have white or off white!!!!!! showed me a color that was pale green and said this is all we have. But the most upsetting thing was the woman with a 6 week old baby in there. Nail techs wear masks for a reason.....I pray that that poor baby does not get sick from being in there.

I believe it may have been the owner/managers wife, who was pregnant, who was asked to do nail art on my toe, well the look on her face!! There is NO client appreciation AT ALL! I felt like a huge inconvenience, no smiles, no customer service what so ever. I am an esthetician myself, and know what to look for in professionalism. VERY BAD. if I could give a zero I would.

I used this salon for gel nail and pedicure services for approx. one year with no problems. I then…read moreused them for a hair cut and color treatment. The cut was ok but the color treatment was botched. I requested a permanent color using 3 or 4 foils of a pop color (emerald green) with a few strands of black added for separation and a bit of dimension. What I got was 3 blobs of some kind of green with 2 blobs of blue/black. Once it was styled it was ok I guess... not exactly what I wanted but I could live with it. Two weeks later there was barely a hint of very pale green left and a whole lot of blue black. So I went back to show the stylist and was told that the green she used was only a stain and would only last 12 to 15 washes (it lasted 8) and the blue/black was a permanent color. This leads to its own set of questions.... but... there was no offer to fix the botch, there was no offer of a refund... and there was certainly no apology. I sent a message of complaint to the salon owner and after waiting 3 more days I still had not received a response (despite knowing the message had been seen within 30 minutes of me sending it). Only after I cancelled any upcoming appointments and letting them know I was taking my business elsewhere did I receive a call from the owner, who essentially blamed me for the problem. They sure don't stand behind there services. I would not recommend this salon to anyone

My cuticles were damaged and bleeding as were my finger tips from being nicked with the electric file (rotary tool). Even after giving them the opportunity to repair the gel nails, they were just as bad. Going to the salon owner was not an option because it was the owner was the tech who did my nails.
