It has taken me over a year to write this review. Please know that doctors Raines, McCullough and Fralick are amazing. However, I had a miscarriage (my first ever pregnancy) and had to be seen by the doctor on duty, Dr. Gupta. When I asked her if I could expect this to happen with each pregnancy, given my age, she responded, "I don't have a magic ball." She was extremely rude to a couple grieving and acted like we were a burden to her. read more

Everyone in this office is amazing and friendly. You get to know everyone well especially in the last few weeks of pregnancy as an OB patient, and they felt like family. Kathy, one of the medical assistants, is so friendly and fun and you can tell she truly cares. Every doc/NP I have seen has been wonderful. Dr. Fralick listened to me and my concerns without judgment and included me in my care plan. Dr Doucette delivered my baby and caused me to be at ease when things weren't going as planned/out of our control. Love this office and would recommend it to anyone! read more

The Doctors are good and have had no bad experiences with them but the Patient care/Customer service is abysmal. After repeated calls and no call backs to get appointments scheduled with no return calls, follow up, etc. I finally got fed up and changed practices all together. They really just don't care about their patients! It's too bad because as I said I do like the Doctors there. read more

My urgent care doctor told me to never go back to this place. I called for weeks to try and get in due to an emergency that almost landed me in the hospital. The receptionist told me it was too bad and t go to the ER because they couldn't get me in until 4 weeks later. She told me to call back every day to attempt to get in. The doctor I saw in the urgent care was so angry that I was so in need of the gyno and they wouldn't get in that she even called herself to complain! Stay away because if you have an emergency they will not care enough to even attempt to treat you for months! read more

Mothers BEWARE! Do not take your teenage daughters here! 1. When I scheduled my 18 year old, they did NOT tell me they were just going to talk to her for 10 minutes and charge me $175. No exam whatsoever. 2. My daughter went in by herself to see the doctor. The nurse came in and asked if my daughter was on birth control. When my daughter said no the nurse's reply was, "Why not?! Do u want to get pregnant?" My daughter has vowed abstinence until marriage. I went back in after hearing from my daughter about the appointment. The nurse was defensive and made no apology for anything. They are about the money! They obviously do not talk to your daughters about "waiting" but assume they are sexually active. Terrible experiences here. They have repeatedly canceled my appointments on me and re-book me 2-3 months out. I have seen 5 different providers over the last 5 years I have been a patient there (never can see the same provider). Today, I went for my appointment, waited 20 minutes, and then was called up to be told my physician was not there and that I would have to reschedule. The next available appointment was 2 months away for that provider. I took work off for this appointment, and arranged childcare. This is completely unprofessional. read more

The doctors on staff are wonderful. The nurses on staff and incompetent and rude. I don't recommend this place at all. I had an appointment scheduled for December and they called and said they had to move me to February.... They are obviously over worked and understaffed and the nurses take it out on the patients with a bad attitude and terrible customer service. I'm changing immediately!! The office will also call you and not leave a message, but when you call them to follow up they say they tried to reach you and it's your fault. I'm sorry but if you don't leave a message I'll assume you got the wrong number. read more

I had to wait two months for a screening. Then, I got a message saying some machine was broken and I had to reschedule. No one ever responded to when I replied. So, when I called in, they told me I had to wait another two months.... Wait. What ? So, I asked to speak with the office manager who rescheduled me in a week. Okay, fine. When I got to the appointment they tried to tell me I didn't have a choice but to do a physical exam and I was required to do a pregnancy test just to even talk about birth control. First off, you don't tell me what I do with my body. Second, I'm not agreeing to any kind of test without knowing if insurance will pay for it. Where I work, a pregnancy test is $150 w/o insurance. Hell no. Then, they try to tell me my bc will cost a grand. So, I call my insurance who tells me it is 100% covered under my plan. I left the practice. The people working here are so rude and condescending. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I waited for over an hour to see the doctor. He was chatting about football in the hallway. My children had been with my mother in law who is not in the best of health in the waiting area. They are very good children but it was almost 2 hours of waiting when I was told if I was to be the first appt after lunch I would be seen promptly. The receptionist was rude to me and my children and proceeded to tell me how awful my kids were. I have a 3 year old, a 2 year old and a 4 month old. I should have just let them come back with me and then opened the door and let them play in the hallway where the doctor was playing. It is a very upscale snooty place. I say you can do better than this place. They are all about your money but while their time is money your time is not important to them at all. My mother in law was on her lunch break and doing the best she could with my toddlers. read more

Very disappointed! Lack of communication! As a fellow Dr. I would not recommend this practice. After being called by a nurse with bloodwork information I asked to have my results reviewed by a Dr and to discuss them with the Dr. I then called and left 3 messages, and waited 6 days for someone to call me back. Upon the return phone call the nurse informed me that she did not know the answer and would have to ask the dr - they still had not asked! - and the Dr would not have time to review my chart today (after 6 days of waiting!). I would never treat a patient of mine with so little respect! Very disappointed! read more

They are by far the worst obgyn I have been to. I have been going to them for about 10 years. I stopped a few years ago but decided to go back with my second pregnancy, big mistake. If you want doctors who are not personable and have no bed side manner then your in luck. The only nice and thorough person I've seen if the nurse practitioner . Also at the centerville location one of the receptionist not friendly either. I had my little 3 year old with and after waiting in the waiting room for 50min finally went to say something about the wait cause my daughter was getting rambunctious after waiting so long just got a fetal heart tone check. She was very rude and only offered to reschedule my appointment after already waiting for 50min. One lady said she would go check to see how much longer but the receptionist just told me to just take the other appointment. I'm a high risk pregnancy also, and see a high risk specialist and for them to have no regard for my well being. I am so upset I'm almost 5 months pregnant and I'm going to switch doctors offices. Was a horrible experience! As a young female, I was having abnormal bleeding for a couple months and was very concerned for my well being. After my exams , they told me everything was fine. A couple months passed, I kept calling expressing my concerns bc I knew something was definitely not normal . (You know your body better than anyone) I was still having irregular bleeding. I finally got in for an ultrasound .... I called for results and they expressed that everything was okay. I attended my follow up appointment a week later ( that I had made) by calling a thousand times expressing my concerns on why I was still having issues. I wanted answers! Dr. Renee Frederickson explained to me that I have P.C.O.S after telling me everything was fine a week before . I was very confused, upset and wanted to know why and how she knew this and she wouldn't give me the answers I deserved and craved for as a patient . She insulted me in many ways. She gave off a horrible , snotty , rude, cold vibe . ZERO bedside manner . A horrible office, no happiness is present there. A very depressing atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone if someone paid me. I ended up rescheduling with another office in Dayton and the Dr. Was a sweetheart and explained everything to me and gave the correct treatment . The way it should be. Stay Away from this cold office. read more
