Bob at O'Reilly's in Mulvane is extremely helpful. Worked with him 3 times this week and he definitely goes above and beyond.

They'll let you borrow parts (unlike the ones in Wichita), if you have a question they won't stop until they find an answer, and they are very frank about the good vs. bad of parts. Many times I have been in a situation where I didn't know which option was the right one, the cheap one versus the expensive one, and they have always steered me right. Whenever I get advice from an auto store, afterwards I check with auto guys that I know to get a second or third opinion, and this O'Reilly's is the only one of almost a dozen that have passed the sniff test every time.

It took eight months to get the motorcycle back, and when we did, the paint was done incorrectly and the bike wouldn't even turn over. We brought it back, hoping they'd make things right -- instead, it took another two months. When we finally picked it up again, the brake lights didn't work, the shift lever was placed higher than the primary cover, and the levers and grips had all been moved. The bike was still not properly repaired. The owner, Paul, was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. When we tried to address the issues, he became rude, dismissive, and even mocked me. He refused to let us start the bike before leaving his shop, and said he was done working on it -- despite never fixing it correctly in the first place. After months of waiting and thousands of dollars tied up in insurance repairs, we're left with a bike that still isn't right. I would never recommend Savage Cycles to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for their customers is beyond unacceptable

Paul and Stacy estimated the cost, kept me informed, and let me know when the job was completed. I could immediately feel the positive impact on the steering and handling of the bike. I am very happy with the quality and care I received.

I was so annoyed by this but I respected that and was about to leave, then my car died on me for the 3rd time that day. i went in to ask for a jumpstart and they unhappily obliged. as i'm sitting there distressed, the lady is outside just looking at me while she smokes her cigarette. just really rude. for someone to have a part of their job being customer service, there were so many better ways to approach this situation. after waiting about an hour, I finally got the battery changed. bad customer service, and they act mad about doing their job that you pay for. wierd. just wierd. obviously I was nice to all of them but I wouldn't recommend this location of autozone to ANYONE. unless you want to cry out of frustration
