The bike was still not properly repaired. The owner, Paul, was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. When we tried to address the issues, he became rude, dismissive, and even mocked me. He refused to let us start the bike before leaving his shop, and said he was done working on it -- despite never fixing it correctly in the first place. I have referred this shop to friends and family, and they all have had a good experience.
