I was in there to get a headlight for my vehicle and the line was really long. Most if the…read morecustomers were getting impatient with one that was holding up the lines, then Yasmin came out and addressed the waiting customers apologizing for the long wait. She briefly explained the technical difficulties they were having with the computers and assured us it was being fixed and soon enough it was fixed and we were on our way. I just think it was very professional of her to acknowledge our presence and not just the person in front of her. No one wants to feel invisible or irrelevant.

You're treated like they do not appreciate you choosing their business and they do not treat you good as a customer. Plus the owner lets the employees smoke in and around the cars, and every time we leave, my car smells like somebody has been smoking in it. I can't stand that, I'm gonna start driving to Amarillo just to get my oil changed. I hope a new oil change business opens up here soon. They need some competition. They forget that the customers are who keeps them open.
