We started out with the Pear Tartine and the Parma Tartine. Both were fantastic and very different. He had an Italian inspired Burger, Dolce Vita, from the specials and I had the Le Forestier Beef burger with Tilsit cheese, mushrooms, arugula and red wine and shallot mayonnaise. It was absolutely wonderful! I had heard they had some of the best burgers in Basel and I agree thus far. I look forward to coming back for brunch!
