Second one came back very creased and they had ironed the frill down the front flat onto the dress and marked the dress. And the frill was still very creased. The lady who served me was quite rude insisting that the dye does run on cheap dresses made in China. The second dress, an expensive one I might add, hopefully can be salvaged but the assistant was indifferent, she couldnt have cared less. I will not be going here again, a shame really because I have used this cleaners for years but since they have been taken over things have gone downhill.

Took item in for cleaning, came back covered in fluff and hair. Returned next day, was taken in for…read morea 'reclean' with no hint of apology. Came back in the same state. Staff refused a refund as it had 'already been cleaned twice' and 'I don't make the rules'. Eventually offered a partial refund and given several (changing) reasons why it looked the way it did. Eventually had to speak to their head office who again argued that the item was clean, but eventually - grudgingly - approved a refund. In doing this, shop staff accidentally charged my card the amount again and then had to refund double the fee. Steer clear.
