Good service. Had some issues with underfloor heating. Thermostat not working. Electrician came around but was unfamiliar with product do got the Manager Ian involved. He clearly knew what he was doing. Organised a new part. Original electrician installed but could not explain workings do Ian came back and explained everything clearly. Told me I would not be charged for any of his time, only for the original exploratory visit and then installation. I appreciated their follow up and fairness. read more
