I called at least 8 time that morning 01/03/25 and no one answered. I can not believe they are THAT busy. A message said leave your name and number and we'll call you back, left two message NO CALL BACK! Then I went to the location there was a woman there that waited on me. I gave her my one ounce envelope and she said that will be $21 dollars and change. I said how can that be! She said thats what it is. I was in a hurry so a paid it. Then later looked at my receipt and it said my package weighed one pound not one ounce, Since then, I have called at least 15 times to talk to the owner. One time they answered the phone. The owner was not there. Now the phone rings and rings and the message says the Mail box is fulll and can not accept messages. Do yourself a favor and drive to UPS in Middlebury where they actually have a clue!

Absolutely brutal service, went to the source to buy a phone case and the employees treated me like…read moreabsolute crap! The millennial working the counter seemed as if he was living pay check to pay check and dreaded his job more then anything. I suggest going to Best Buy, or anywhere eles but here, absolutely terrible service. (EMPLOYEES TAKE OUT THERE FINANCIAL FUSTRATION ON THE CUSTOMERS!)
