Every time I have come here everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have a TON of tea's to choose from if you wanted to upgrade to a Tea Bomb. The options for shake's are endless too. They always have seasonal specials (which you can get all year). They are large and with the tea definitely fill me up for a meal. At other places I've been too I wasn't always full afterwards. You can add low fat/sugar caramel, chocolate and graham crackers for free as well. My shake is less than 300 Calories because of the caramel and Graham's but that's way less than I would have consumed if I went out for pizza like I was originally going to do! Prices are fair too- they also give you a stamp card. Don't hesitate if you are in the area and want a delicious shake or fun healthy tea!

My only complaint was that they didn't ask me the type of milk I wanted in my drink and just made it with whole milk instead. Prices were reasonable. Pretty small in the inside but looks super clean and aesthetically pleasing. Would come back

Meadows Frozen Custard has easily become one of the few places I trust completely for my daughter,…read morewho has a peanut allergy. The staff is not only incredibly friendly, but they take allergy safety more seriously than anywhere I've ever been. From the moment we walked in, they treated us with genuine care and went above and beyond to make sure my 3‑year‑old could enjoy her treat safely. What stood out the most was how intentional and reassuring they were. They didn't just say they understood her allergy--they showed it. They used a clean scoop, took her custard directly from the top of the machine, and explained each step so I knew she was safe. No other place has ever taken the time to do that for us, and it made such a difference. As a parent, that level of caution and kindness makes life so much easier and so much less stressful. The staff's warmth, patience, and attention to detail were unmatched. They made my daughter feel special, included, and safe, and that means everything. Meadows Frozen Custard has earned our trust and our loyalty, and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The establishment is cute & clean, and the staff is very nice. Indoor seating is available I ordered a regular cup of chocolate; my cousin a hot fudge sundae with vanilla. While both were tasty, we didnt think our choices had the richness or creaminess of true frozen custard. It tasted exactly like soft serve ice cream to us. Plus, although it tasted fine, there were sugar crystals in my cousin's hot fudge... hot fudge shouldn't be crunchy. Weird. Since this was a bit of a drive for both of us & since there are many soft serve places closer to our homes, we probably wouldn't make a special trip to return.

Service was quick as well. Didn't have to wait long after placing my order to get our treats. The storefront is much smaller than I anticipated, but, it's not meant to be a dine in establishment. Everything was clean and the aroma of fresh baked cookies was delightful! Ordering was easy with options of using the app, using one of the two the touchscreens, or speaking directly to an employee. I also like that they have the flavors they are selling on display so you can see exactly what you'll be getting. Now, I've had Crumbl cookies before and I know the flavors can be hit or miss. We've definitely had a cookie or two that wasn't up to snuff. But, this day's experience was fantastic. We tried their original chocolate chip, a brookie cookie, and a Reesie's peanut butter cookie. I will say they are pretty pricey, but the cookies are huge. I love that they have the option of getting minis because the regular size cookies are just too big for me. And they have a decent rewards program where you can earn points for free cookies. Sweet...literally! Lol! We'll be back!

Finally took a bite off the "Crumbl Cookie". Must say, overall it was just "meh"…read more Some people might be taken a back that I wasn't overwhelmed and overjoyed by this cookie. Forget all the hype, it's just an average cookie. It's not about the $5 cost of the cookie, it's not about our love for chocolate chip cookies. There was just a lot of buildup for a big fat cookie that didn't inspire. Give credit where credit is due. The staff is friendly. They work hard. The place is clean. Perhaps the folks that spend $10 on a cup of coffee see something I don't in pricy $5 cookie. The dough felt undercooked. There were barely enough chocolate chips in it to rate as a chocolate chip cookie. And it just seemed to miss that desire to want to take more bites.
