Staff was friendly and helpful each time, prices good ($9.00 for cold pressed juice is excellent, having paid $10+ in downtown Vancouver more often than not) however there's a $1 deposit for the glass bottle. They offered to pour it into a plastic cup instead to go, minus the deposit, and I was cool with that. Seemed full of bodybuilder types, and that's what the store seems to cater to. I loved the green juice with turmeric, and will happily buy more. Nothing else outstanding here though, so it's a solid 3.5 stars.

Selling bagels without the option of it being cut or cream cheese is kind of like...going to a hair salon without a wash station. Oh...you want your hair washed prior to a cut....just hop on into our bathroom and go nuts in the sink. What was I gonna do with an uncut-dry bagel which I wanted to enjoy at their so-called coffee area. I'm sure you have a cutting station somewhere back there with little cute squares of Philadelphia you can appreciate your customer with, no? ok.... The result. They lost business on their bagels. I attended at this pharmacy this morning to pick up a prescription that the pharmacy had called to…read moresay was ready. I was one of two customers in the pharmacy. The pharmacist Petra was dealing with a customer who had some questions. I waited quietly for 10 minutes while Petra was talking to the customer. The customer then suggested to Petra that she deal with me as I had been waiting quite awhile. Petra responded to the customer " you are as important as any customer " and didn't even ask me why I was there. She continued to ignore me while the customer then left the counter to pick up an over the counter medication and go to the cashier to pay for it. Petra was conducting an internet search while I waited and the customer was at the cashier. The cashier asked whether I had been helped. I responded that I hadn't. Petra then walked past me on her way to speak to the customer who was at the cashier. When she walked past me I asked whether she could help me. She said no; that she was with a customer. She did not ask why I was there I asked her whether the cashier could help me. She said no. No explanation was given. Ultimately the cashier walked over to me and I told him I was there to pick up a prescription. He went behind the counter and retrieved the prescription and took it to the cashier position where I paid. At no time did Petra acknowledge me or apologize for not asking why I was waiting. Simply picking up a prescription where I was 1 of 2 customers in the store took 20 minutes.
