Clearly, Kelley used me for my money. She has no idea how to work on acne. She give me a chemical peel and extractions. Those extractions were done on inflamed skin - which she was not supposed to do. My skin was just fine before going to her, afterwards it only got worse and worse due to the extractions. She is extremely unprofessional as well. She was asking about my medications. When she found out, I am on nexplanon she said "You should get off of that! TMI I don't judge tho heard of a lot of things in here..." Well, how can you say that you are non-judgmental and inclusive if you proceed to give medical advice without a MD license? It was so obvious to me that she wanted to push a certain agenda on me because she lacked the expertise in this area. After damaging my skin, she dares to message me to go to a dermatologist after I show her how bad my skin looks due to her facial treatment. Maybe she should've said that before taking my money and experimenting with her extractions on my skin. Damaging my skin and my confidence - now, I cannot go out without heavy foundation and I definitely got bacteria from the extractions. Please do not go here if you have acne! It's the worst. Besides my experience with Kelley, I enjoyed going to the spa for the balancer pro, sculpt pad and I think it's great for relaxing your muscles especially if you are a runner or like to hit up the gym. I enjoyed everyone working on the front desk and I never had an issue with them. However, Kelley Radke should not gaslight her own clients and accept when she makes mistakes. I would have had more respect if she did that instead of point fingers towards my diet.

Like others have stated, this place is a scam; the staff are unprofessional and rude. The website…read moreand booking staff will say there is a special but then at your appointment something changes and there is another or 'different' special that costs 10x what was quoted. My tech spent 3-4 minutes on my legs (but PAID FOR A 20 minute session!) and the remainder of that time was her (7 months out of esthetician school) was her trying to sell me a 4-figure package; when I declined she became combative saying things like 'can you not afford it?' 'Do you live alone, is money the problem?' I sat there speechless as she continued her timeshare sales pitch. The place is rundown, dirty, the rooms are open aired with dirty shower curtains dividing each 'room' and you can hear everything going on in the room next to you! This was hands down, the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered, and this includes buying many cars in my life, that experience isn't half as bad as this girl's sales pitch which turned into a series of insults. That did not persuade me to spend $2900 there, what the tech was trying to convince me to commit to, for 12 sessions.....and this tech was not even 1 year out of school, and it showed, her etiquette leave a lot to be desired.

This wholefoods is nice! It is clean and organized just like you'd expect. The produce is fresh,…read morenutrient packed and long lasting compared to others. The selection is awesome. The prices aren't bad especially if you purchase the Whole Foods 365 brand. I love how they offer self serve samples. There's always a ton of employees to help. This location has a great amount of parking and it's conveniently located across the mall, surrounded by other shops. The only thing I would criticize is how this location does not make fresh sandwiches. Today I stopped by the deli section and was told they don't make them fresh. However, they do sell already made sandwiches in a specific section. I was bummed about this because I love wholefoods sandwiches. The ones that have been sitting out aren't as good. I ended up buying a slice of pizza for my toddler. I asked if they could warm it up but the employee told me I could with the microwave up front, near the cashiers. I've been to many other locations where they simply helped me heat up the slice in the open oven right behind them. They also don't sell freshly made coffee. I'm sad this location doesn't do this as well. I'll end on a positive note; they recently added family meals for $35, which includes two sides and two proteins. It's such a great deal and you can use this to meal prep ahead of time. It's also a convenient option when you don't feel like cooking. Just pop the food in the oven and you're good to go.

I came to Whole Foods today because I had a gift card that was hooked up to my Amazon account. When talking with customer service, they said that I would only be able to get a refund if I brought back all of my groceries (that are already used) to return and then purchase on the gift card. The staff was not knowledgeable and I am now out of money because of this situation. It's very frustrating.
