No impressed at all. Asked to check out a tool which would not have damaged it, would not have even…read moredamaged the packaging. Had other items on the counter ready to purchase however was refused and told to buy it and that I could return it as faulty if necessary. It would have taken two seconds to check and a sale would then of happened and no doubt many more sales in the future. Instead all items were returned to the shelf and I wont be returning to the shop again. Astounded....

Frank Thomsons is one of those older fashioned Iron monger shops which used to be found more…read morefrequently in small towns but are a lot less common now. This shops stocks everything from a 6 inch nail (and many other sizes too) to baking wear, household gifts like china and cutlery canteens to wood varnish and sandpaper. There is also a range of outdoor clothing and equipment on the first floor. To be honest there is not a lot I go into Frank Thomsons for that I don't find. In fact I quite often find a lot more. The staff are very friendly and are very knowledgeable about the vast range of products they stock.
