Very poor after sales service. Took almost 5 months to have everything ordered right, installed and fixed. We were without kitchen drawers for over two months! Won't be using them for our upcoming bathroom renovations because of their unacceptable customer service. read more

Most importantly for me, John was honest and I felt that the cost of the job was fair. Moreover, John was more than willing to offer his advice and suggestions for other small jobs around the house that I would complete myself. His experience and willingness to share his ideas was very helpful. John is someone that I have reached out to following the completion of my laundry room, and I have every intention to continue to use his services in the near future. Thank you again John
